We understand that customers may need to exchange merchandise. In efforts to accommodate our customers, Carrymesoftly accepts exchanges as long as we are notified within 14 days of purchase date. Carrymesoftly offers refunds if merchandise is damaged or the wrong merchandise is received.
In the event that merchandise is damaged or the wrong merchandise is received, we will send you the correct item or issue a full refund if we no longer carry that item in stock. All refunds will be processed within 10-14 days after we receive your package.
If a customer would like to exchange a size and we have it in stock, we will issue a complimentary exchange once the item is received back in our warehouse. Please send a message through the Contact Us link found on our website to initiate a size exchange.
All SALE items are final and nonrefundable.
